Built to Move More. Engineered to Last.

From light-duty tugger trains to 20,000 lb heavy-haul trailers, Jtec’s CarryLite, CarryMore, and CarryMax cart systems are engineered and assembled in East Peoria, IL — built to outlast your operation.

Problem We Solve

Forklifts create risk, slow your routes, and add cost to every move. Jtec’s industrial tugger cart systems give your team a safer, faster, and more repeatable way to move materials — without a forklift in the aisle.

High-frequency indoor and outdoor tugger routes don’t need a forklift. CarryLite runs solo or in a multi-cart train, moving up to 3,000 lb per cart with predictable, repeatable delivery cycles that keep your line fed.

Traditional carts drop at a zone and leave. CarryMore uses Jtec’s lift technology to raise the daughter cart during transport and set it down exactly where your line needs it — eliminating redundant handling steps entirely.

Moving large assemblies or heavy components with a forklift puts people at risk. CarryMax trailers handle 3,001–20,000 lb behind a tow vehicle — keeping pedestrians and product safe on every route.

Industrial Tugger Cart Line — CarryLite, CarryMore, and CarryMax. Tongue-and-hitch and mother/daughter systems engineered for fork-free material movement from 500 lb to 20,000 lb.

The load-carrying half of Jtec’s mother/daughter system. Plug-and-play daughter carts are lifted off the floor during transport and set down exactly at your line-side pickup or delivery point — no dragging, no extra handling steps.

The transport half of Jtec’s mother/daughter system. Mother carts lift and carry the loaded daughter cart along your tugger route — delivering it precisely to the line-side drop point without dragging, re-handling, or operator intervention.

Tongue-and-hitch carts for frequent indoor and outdoor tugger routes. Run solo or hitch into a multi-cart train. Built for tight aisles, repeatable routes, and seamless integration with your existing tow vehicle or AGV fleet.

Fixed transfer stations, load retention fixtures, and deck accessories that interface with your carts to complete the material flow loop. Engineered to match your specific pickup and delivery points.

Casters, hitches, load locks, deck inserts, and ergonomic accessories that customize your cart to your exact application. Every add-on is sourced and fitted by Jtec — no third-party sourcing required.

What Our Customers Say

Custom-Engineered for Your Facility's Goals

No two facilities move materials the same way. That’s why Jtec designs every CarryLite, CarryMore, and CarryMax cart to your exact route, load profile, aisle dimensions, and transfer points — not a one-size-fits-all catalog.

With thousands of proven designs to draw from and full in-house fabrication, we build custom carts and systems that match your specific workflow — so your team spends less time adapting to the equipment and more time running production.

FAQ

We match the system to your exact load weight and workflow constraints. CarryLite handles frequent routes up to 3,000 lb, CarryMax pulls heavy loads up to 20,000 lb, and our CarryMore system uses lift technology for modular line-side drop-offs.

We build precision-engineered, custom-welded carts designed specifically for your exact route and load profile. Unlike bolt-together modular systems that break down over time, our solutions are built to last 20+ years on your floor.

Industrial tugger carts are towable material-handling carts pulled in a train by a powered tugger vehicle or an operator along a defined route — delivering materials from a staging area or supermarket directly to the point of use on a production line, without a forklift. Instead of making multiple individual trips with a forklift to service each line station, a single tugger operator pulls a train of loaded carts along a repeatable route, drops materials at each stop, and picks up empties on the return loop. That shift from on-demand forklift moves to scheduled, route-based delivery creates consistent line-side replenishment, reduces aisle congestion, and frees forklift capacity for heavier, less frequent tasks where it’s actually needed. Jtec Industries manufactures tugger cart systems handling loads from a few hundred pounds up to 20,000 lb — engineered to your facility’s route length, floor conditions, and throughput requirements. Yes, our CarryLite and CarryMax lines are built to handle both indoor and outdoor environments. Our engineering team customizes the casters, hitches, and steering configurations to handle your specific surfaces, turning radii, and slopes.

The CarryMore is a two-cart system — a Mother Cart transports one or more Daughter Carts along a tugger route, then deposits them at designated line-side stops without the operator ever lifting or manually handling the load. Loading is handled by Jtec’s patented Elemate lift design: HD cam rollers set on an incline guide and lift the Daughter Cart securely onto the Mother Cart during transport, then release it at the drop point — no hydraulics, no pneumatics, no powered assist required. That all-mechanical design keeps maintenance simple, supports ergonomic loading, and eliminates the failure points that come with powered lift systems. The CarryMore system increases safety, productivity, and reduces cost — download the spec sheet or request a no-commitment free project consultation to see how it fits your line-side delivery requirements.
