Supplier & Business Partner Code of Conduct
Version 1.2 — Effective September 29, 2026
Jtec Industries, Inc. is committed to conducting business with integrity, respecting human rights, protecting the health and safety of our people, and operating responsibly with respect to the environment. Our Supplier and Business Partner Code of Conduct (“Code”) describes the standards we hold ourselves to — and require of our subcontractors and sub-suppliers — in every aspect of our business.

What the Code Covers
- CSR / Sustainability Statement — Our current environmental, social, and governance commitments and practices.
- Ethics and Standards of Conduct — Business integrity, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering, fair competition, protection of confidential information and intellectual property, product compliance, responsible use of artificial intelligence, disclosure of information, and prevention of counterfeit parts.
- Human Rights and Labor — Prohibitions on child labor and modern slavery, ethical recruiting, freedom of association, non-discrimination and anti-harassment protections, fair wages and working hours, and respect for the rights of minorities, indigenous peoples, and local communities.
- Health and Safety — Training and qualification requirements, personal protective equipment and hearing protection standards, emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and attention to psychological well-being.
- Environmental — Compliance with environmental laws, climate and energy efficiency commitments, responsible sourcing of raw materials and conflict minerals, water and air quality, noise management, and our environmental and energy management practices.
- Data Protection and Privacy — Safeguards for personal data belonging to our people, customers, and business partners.
- Compliance Management Process — How we monitor, document, and verify ongoing conformance with this Code.
- Reporting Concerns — How Jtec Personnel, subcontractors, customers, and business partners can raise a concern, and what to expect once they do.
For Our Suppliers and Subcontractors
This Code applies to Jtec’s subcontractors and sub-suppliers with respect to the goods, materials, or services they provide in support of our business. We ask our suppliers to take reasonable steps to uphold equivalent standards with their own suppliers, so that these principles are carried forward along our supply chain.
This Code is referenced in, and incorporated by reference into, our standard purchase order terms and conditions. If you have questions about how this Code applies to your work with Jtec, please contact your Jtec representative or our Compliance Officer at compliance@jtecindustries.com.
For Our Customers and Business Partners
We make this Code available to customers and business partners who require evidence of a comparable code of conduct in lieu of a customer-specific supplier code, and it may be submitted as a Supplier Replacement Code or equivalent where a customer agreement permits substitution of a comparable code. Customers and business partners may review our compliance with this Code consistent with the process described in Section F of the full document, and may raise a good-faith concern at any time using the contact information below.
Where this Code has been submitted to a specific customer or business partner as a comparable or replacement code, we will provide at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice of any material revision before it becomes effective.

We aim to acknowledge receipt, complete an initial assessment, and provide a status update or resolution, at each step within approximately fifteen (15) business days of the prior step.

This Code is reviewed periodically and may be revised from time to time. This page reflects Version 1.2, effective September 29, 2026. This Code supplements, and does not replace, any written agreement between Jtec and a customer or business partner; in the event of a conflict, the terms of that written agreement, and this Code, will be applied as set forth in the full document.
