How quickly can I expect a response after submitting the form?

Can Jtec design a custom solution for my facility?
Custom solutions are our standard approach. We have thousands of previous designs to start from and 20+ years of engineering experience. Every cart system is built to your facility’s specific requirements — deck size, hitch type, steering configuration, caster setup, and load capacity.
What information should I have ready before reaching out?
The more detail the better, but don’t let that stop you from reaching out. Helpful information includes: what you’re moving (weight, dimensions, fragility), how far and how often, your current material-handling method, and any facility constraints like aisle width or floor conditions. If you’re not sure yet, that’s exactly what the discovery call is for.
What are typical lead times for Jtec products?
Standard stock products ship in 3–4 weeks. Standard non-stock configurations take 6–8 weeks. Custom-engineered solutions typically require 8–10 weeks. Your Account Manager will provide a firm timeline during the quoting process based on your specific requirements.
