The RHAFF-5050-20 HA-Size Flatbed Cart can carry loads weighing up to 2,000 pounds. Its full 50-inch by 50-inch deck accommodates standard pallets, 48″ × 45″ knockdown containers, and other materials that fit securely within the deck footprint.
Standard corner and center captures help retain pallets and knockdown containers on the deck. These captures are designed around common 45″ × 48″ container and pallet footprints. Additional retention may be required for loads that are tall, unstable, irregularly shaped, or smaller than the standard capture arrangement.
The RHAFF-5050-20 is designed for the HA-Size TCHA-20 Pass-Through Mother Cart and uses Elemate 2.0 engagement features. The TCHA-20 can accept this daughter cart from either side of its H-frame and lift the cart completely off the floor for tugger transport.
The cart rides on premium poly casters with two rigid and two swivel casters. The swivel casters include Alumilock face-contact brakes for better steering control and secure parking. Push effort and maneuverability still depend on the payload, floor condition, slope, travel distance, and frequency of manual movement.
The removable ergonomic handle has a bend that helps keep the operator’s hands away from the load. The product page lists the handle at a 43-inch working height. This placement supports controlled manual movement when positioning the daughter cart before loading or after removal from the mother cart.
The cart is built from 11-gauge steel and protected with a powder-coat finish available in multiple standard colors.
