Sign Projectors

Projected Signs are overhead LED units that beam crisp, high-contrast safety signage and warnings directly onto floors or walls, eliminating the peeling, fading, and replacement cycle that plagues traditional decals and printed signs. Because the image is projected light rather than a physical sticker, signs stay sharp under heavy traffic, can be swapped out for different graphics instantly, and require no surface prep or facility downtime to install or update.

The product line includes the SafetyCast™ 80, a compact unit for installation heights up to 25 ft (8 m), and the SafetyCast™ 300, a higher-output model rated for mounting heights up to 45 ft (15 m) that also handles larger walkway projections. An optional Smart Trigger integration lets signs activate only when needed — for example, lighting up a pedestrian warning when a forklift approaches an intersection — to re-engage attention and counter sign blindness.

Typical applications include intersection management, dynamic pedestrian awareness signage, area demarcation, input-driven dynamic signage, pathway indication, and directional guidance across warehousing, automotive, aerospace, metallurgical, manufacturing, and food-processing facilities.
