The Jtec Tilt Table features a maximum weight capacity of 3,000 lbs. and can tilt up to a 45° maximum tilt angle.
It uses an anti-tip puck and slot system designed to securely engage the cart while tilting material into the optimal ergonomic strike zone.
The Tilt Table is currently compatible with CarryMore® System “A” and “B” series daughter carts.
The station is designed to be bolted directly to the floor for maximum stability and is operated via a footswitch equipped with a 10′ cord.
Standard controls include a footswitch with a 10′ cord and an adjustable limit switch to set desired travel limits.
By tilting materials directly into the operator’s optimal ergonomic strike zone, it minimizes bending, reaching, and repetitive strain while ensuring load stability during presentation.
