Walkway Projectors

Projected Walkways are overhead-mounted LED projectors that cast bright, high-contrast walkway markings, crosswalks, and hazard zones directly onto factory or warehouse floors — replacing painted lines and tape that fade, peel, and require constant repainting. Because the markings are light rather than coatings, they stay sharp under heavy traffic and forklift wear, and they can be reconfigured instantly when layouts change.

The product line includes the SafetyCast 300™ for large multicolor walkways and signage (with optional text) and the VirtuaLine™ FILL for solid single-color pedestrian lanes, both rated IP65, operating across a wide temperature range, mountable up to 40 ft, and rated for ~30,000 hours of life. An optional Smart Trigger integration lets the projections activate dynamically — for example, only illuminating when a forklift or pedestrian approaches — to re-engage attention and counter complacency.

Common applications include pedestrian lanes, intersection management, projected warning signs, path demarcation, and angled crosswalks across warehousing, automotive, aerospace, metallurgical, manufacturing, and food-processing environments.
