Kit Cart Functionality

Kit carts from Jtec will increase safety, and productivity and help reduce overall costs.  Our kit carts are made to integrate with our signature CarryMore Mother/Daughter system, but can also be used on their own.  Using two rigid and two swivel casters with face contact brakes optimizes the push/pull steering on our carts.  We implement fork pockets into our kit carts for transfer and vertical picking.  Jtec’s kit carts are extremely robust with total weight capacities of 2,500lbs and shelf capacities of 500lbs. 

Customizable

Our All-in-One kit carts can be customized to fit your kitting needs.  Very common are our rear hinge shelves, which can be adjusted at 2″ increments.  Fixed shelves and half shelves are also options to fit your packaging demands.  Pull-out drawers, spindles, hangar bars, and doors to enclose the cart are other choices to think about when designing your cart.  Side panels can be open or enclosed with materials such as expanded mesh or PETG.  Looking for a pushcart or tongue hitch style kit cart?  Jtec will customize to your needs using our CarryLite product line.
