The center-steer (diamond orientation) caster positions allows for 2 rigid casters in the center and spring loaded swivel casters centered on both ends. The spring casters allow for continuous ground contact, reducing noise and caster flutter. These premium casters help easily tug up to 2000 lb. Carts are easily connected to a standard 2″ ball hitch, which creates a quiet, smooth, and consistent following path.

The TCHA-20 Pass-Through Mother Cart can tug loads weighing up to 2,000 pounds. This capacity includes the daughter cart and its payload. The load should be properly distributed and remain within the cart’s rated capacity throughout loading, towing, and unloading.
Its H-frame allows a compatible daughter cart to be loaded or unloaded from either side of the aisle. This pass-through capability eliminates the need to turn the mother cart around or approach it from only one direction, making it useful where aisle width and line-side space are limited.
The fully mechanical Elemate 2.0 system engages the daughter cart and lifts it completely off the floor for transport. A dual center-latch design secures the cart within the H-frame. Because the daughter-cart casters do not contact the floor while moving, the mother cart controls its tracking through the tugger route.
The center-steer arrangement uses two rigid casters positioned in the center and spring-loaded swivel casters centered at both ends.
