The RAFF-10050-40 provides a 100″ x 50″ usable deck designed to carry two 45″ x 48″ knock-down containers or two standard pallets. This allows two compatible loads to be transported on one daughter cart. Load dimensions, combined weight, stability, and retention requirements should be confirmed before use.
The cart has a maximum total capacity of 4,000 lbs. When carrying two containers or pallets, their combined weight must remain within this rating. Weight distribution, center of gravity, and the load placed at each end of the extended deck should also be considered when planning the application.
The cart includes standard corner and center captures that help retain two compatible pallets or knock-down containers on the deck. These captures are designed around 45″ x 48″ loads. Materials with different footprints or base constructions should be reviewed to determine whether the standard captures provide the necessary retention.
The cart rides on premium poly casters in a two-rigid and two-swivel configuration. The swivel casters include Alumilock face contact brakes for braking and steering control. Because of the cart’s extended deck, aisle width, turning space, floor condition, load weight, and travel route should be considered when evaluating application fit.
The standard ergonomic push handle is positioned 43″ from the ground. Its bent design helps keep the operator’s hands away from the load while manually maneuvering or positioning the cart. The RAFF-10050-40 is an A-size daughter cart designed to work with a dual-bay A-size CarryMore mother cart. The dual-bay configuration accommodates the cart’s extended 100″ x 50″ deck.
