Standard corner and center captures help keep compatible containers and pallets positioned on the deck during transport. These physical retention points reduce unwanted movement through starts, stops, and turns. Its 96″ × 50″ deck spans the dual-bay configuration to accommodate two containers, two pallets, or longer materials. System fit should be evaluated against load dimensions, route layout, aisle clearance, loading direction, and maneuverability requirements.
The cart uses premium polyurethane casters arranged with two rigid and two swivel casters. The swivel casters include an Alumilock face-contact brake for improved steering control and stationary positioning. Casters and brakes should be inspected regularly for wear, damage, and proper operation, particularly when transporting heavy loads or following high-frequency delivery routes.
The standard ergonomic push handle is positioned 43 inches above the ground and includes a bend that helps keep the operator’s hands separated from the load. This configuration supports controlled manual positioning when the daughter cart is outside its mother cart.
