FAQs

The RBFF-9650-40-MBD uses a mechanical bidirectional system that allows operators to push the cart in either direction. This capability supports workflows where turning or repositioning a 96″-long cart would be difficult. Facilities should evaluate aisle width, approach direction, load visibility, and required manual movements when planning the cart’s route.

The Multi-Bidirectional Cart has a maximum load capacity of 4,000 pounds. Its large 96″ × 50″ full deck accommodates appropriately sized materials, containers, or pallets. Facilities should confirm that the load remains within the rated capacity and is distributed to maintain stability during manual movement and transportation within a mother cart.

The cart’s corner and center captures are designed around 45″ × 48″ knock-down containers or standard pallets. Its 96″ × 50″ deck provides space for compatible loads while the captures help maintain their position. The final load arrangement should be checked for footprint, weight distribution, retention, and stability throughout the intended route.

The RBFF-9650-40-MBD is a B-size daughter cart designed to work with Jtec Industries’ B-size mother carts. The product page identifies the B-size dual-bay mother cart as a compatible option. System fit should be evaluated against the cart’s 96″ × 50″ deck, load dimensions, route layout, aisle clearance, and loading direction.

The cart rides on premium polyurethane casters arranged with two rigid and two swivel casters. This configuration provides steering control while the mechanical bidirectional system allows the cart to be pushed from either direction. The swivel casters include a face-contact brake for stationary positioning, and the complete caster system should be inspected regularly for proper operation.

The standard ergonomic push handle is positioned 43 inches above the ground and includes a bend that helps keep the operator’s hands separated from the load. Combined with the bidirectional movement system, the handle supports controlled manual positioning without requiring the cart to be turned around. Operators should follow facility procedures for moving large or heavily loaded carts.
