Product Details

The Powered Roller Attachment – Dual Bay – AMRA-PR-25 (Autonomous Mobile Robot Attachment, Powered Roller) is driven by 24V MDR rollers controlled via Modbus signals from the AMR. The effective width and length of the roller beds can be customized to fit your individual load size requirements. Attachment can be designed to load/unload from either side of the AMR.

Powered gates are standard features in all load/unload directions. This unit is also available in a single bay configuration that can be either a side load/unload or a front and rear load/unload. Units can be integrated with current or new line-side equipment.

FAQs

The Powered Roller Attachment – Dual Bay enables an autonomous mobile robot to transport and automatically transfer two loads. Powered rollers move materials between the attachment and compatible line-side equipment, reducing manual load handling. Its dual-bay design can increase the amount of material moved during each autonomous delivery cycle.

The AMRA-PR-25 uses 24V motor-driven rollers controlled through Modbus signals from the autonomous mobile robot. These powered rollers load and unload materials without requiring an operator to manually move the load. The attachment can be integrated with existing or new line-side equipment to support automated transfers throughout the material-flow process.

The Powered Roller Attachment – Dual Bay has a listed weight capacity of 2,500 pounds. The complete application should be reviewed based on the weight and distribution of each load, the selected autonomous mobile robot, and the attachment configuration. Jtec can confirm whether the system is appropriate for your specific payload and transfer requirements.

Yes. The effective width and length of the roller beds can be customized to accommodate individual load-size requirements. This allows the attachment to be configured around the material, container, pallet, or carrier being transferred. Jtec will need the load dimensions, weight, roller interface, and required transfer height to determine the appropriate deck configuration.

The attachment can be designed for loading and unloading from either side of the autonomous mobile robot. Powered safety gates are standard in each designated load and unload direction. The correct orientation depends on your travel routes, station locations, aisle clearances, and the way materials need to enter and leave the system.

The dual-bay attachment includes a 7-inch touchscreen HMI for system controls and powered safety gates that help retain loads during transport. Its rollers receive Modbus control signals from the autonomous mobile robot to coordinate transfers. The complete controls and safety sequence should be reviewed with the AMR and line-side equipment as one integrated system.
