The RAFF-5050-40 provides a full flat deck for transporting pallets, knock-down containers, and other compatible loads within Jtec’s CarryMore mother-daughter cart system. Its standard captures are designed around 45″ x 48″ knock-down containers and standard pallets. Other loads should be evaluated for dimensions, weight, stability, and retention requirements.
The cart can carry loads weighing up to 4,000 lbs. Load weight must remain within this capacity and be distributed appropriately across the deck. The load’s dimensions, center of gravity, base construction, and required retention should also be considered when determining whether the cart fits your application.
Standard corner and center captures help retain compatible pallets and containers on the full deck during transport. These captures are designed around 45″ x 48″ knock-down containers and standard pallets. Loads with different footprints or base designs may require a separate review to determine whether additional or alternative retention is needed.
The cart rides on premium poly casters in a two-rigid and two-swivel configuration. The swivel casters include Alumilock face contact brakes for braking and steering control.
