Carts are connected to a standard 2″ ball hitch, which provides a quiet, smooth, and consistent following path. compatible with all standard “A” size daughter carts. The TQSA-40-O uses an outdoor caster package with 10″ × 3″ solid-rubber-on-steel casters. These larger casters support movement between facilities over outdoor travel routes. Floor transitions, pavement condition, grades, debris, drainage, and the tow vehicle should still be reviewed for the intended application.
The Outdoor Mother Cart has a total capacity of up to 4,000 pounds, including the daughter cart and its payload. Load weight, distribution, center of gravity, and daughter-cart compatibility should be confirmed before operation, particularly when the route includes outdoor surfaces, transitions, or slopes.
An optional custom enclosure can be added to protect transported materials from the elements. The enclosure should be configured around the daughter cart, payload, required access, visibility, and travel environment.
