The RAKC-3933-25 Kit Cart is designed to organize and transport parts or kits within Jtec’s CarryMore mother-daughter cart system. Its three shelves and coated expanded-mesh sides help separate materials while keeping them accessible. The best shelf arrangement depends on the size, weight, quantity, and required presentation of your parts.
The cart includes three rear-hinged shelves that can be repositioned in 2″ increments. This adjustability allows the vertical spacing to be changed for different parts, containers, or kits. Because the shelves are rear-hinged, they can also be raised when additional clearance is needed within the cart.
Each shelf is coated with polyurea to provide grip and part protection during material handling. The coating helps reduce unwanted movement across the shelf surface, while the expanded-mesh sides help keep materials within the cart. Any additional containment requirements should be evaluated based on the size and shape of the parts being transported.
The Kit Cart has a maximum total capacity of 2,500 lbs, with each shelf rated for up to 500 lbs. Loads should be distributed so neither an individual shelf rating nor the cart’s total capacity is exceeded. Part dimensions, center of gravity, and shelf placement should also be considered when configuring the cart.
The cart uses premium poly casters in a two-rigid and two-swivel configuration. The swivel casters include Alumilock face contact brakes for braking and steering control. Ergonomic handles are mounted on both sides of the opening, giving operators defined hand positions when maneuvering or positioning the cart.
The RAKC-3933-25 is an A-size daughter cart and works with any A-size CarryMore mother cart. Listed compatible configurations include Outdoor, Quad Steer, Electric Lift, Dual Bay, and Center Steer mother carts. The appropriate configuration depends on your parts, route, floor conditions, tow vehicle, and lineside delivery process.
