Powered Conveyor Cart – Dual Bay

The CarryMatic Dual Bay Cart is a powered roller conveyor cart designed for automated material transfers within a CarryMatic system. It features a quad-steer steering system that allows for tight turns and excellent tracking, and incorporates other features such as load sensors, motor drives, and a stack light.

CarryMatic carts also feature a robust safety system that includes a safety bumper and multiple emergency stop buttons. The carts can be connected into trains, towed by either AGVs or manual tugger trucks. These carts are sized to your footprint and weight capacities. The Dual Bay Carts allow for a shorter train and smaller turn radius vs. the same number of loads in Single Bay carts, where applications allow.
